How to Order an Engraved Brick:

1. Print and fill out the Engraved Brick Order Form
• Pick one brick size
• Follow the instructions filling in the proper number of characters for the brick size being ordered
• Some custom symbols are available upon request for an additional cost. Attach a note with your request describing a particular symbol and a volunteer will obtain info on availability snd cost.
2. Pay by check payable to KNMBG
3. MAIL the order form with payment to the address above
